Statement of Objectives

  1. To provide assistance and gifts for craftsmen, ex-craftsmen and their dependents where needed.
  2. To provide gifts to coopers and ex-coopers (who are not craft members) and their dependents where needed.
  3. To provide prizes, educational assistance and support to apprentice coopers.
  4. To provide general support, including prizes and educational assistance, in the field of industries derived from cooperage.
  5. To support the wider objectives of the Trades House of Glasgow.
  6. To make gifts to suitable charities and causes.
