The Let Glasgow Flourish Awards

"Let Glasgow Flourish" Awards 2007

Awards are given to businesses and institutions in Glasgow for green and flowering horticultural displays in public view during the summer season. The displays are monitored by a teams of judges during the summer and Awards are presented at the Trades Hall the in the spring the following year.

There are three categories of Awards:-

Commendation and High Commendation
A framed Certificate is awarded for the first year - brass plass plaques for subsequent years.

The Robertson Silver Spade
Presented to a business or organisation which in the judges' opinion has reached an exceptionally high standard over a number of seasons. The Spade is retained by the Winner for display at their premises for one year.
