APPRENTICE ENGINEER WINS TOP TRADES HOUSE TITLE 2009
Fuad Warsame, a mechanical engineering apprentice with the University of Strathclyde, has won the Trades House of Glasgow Modern Apprentice of the Year Award 2009, only three years after arriving in Scotland from Somalia and unable to speak English.
