Upcoming EventsHouse Meeting Dates 2009-10 Meeting dates from September 2009 - 3 Nov 2010 Glasgow Ball 2010 This year's Glasgow Ball will be held in the Hilton Hotel on Saturday 8th May 2010 Mariners & Skippers Dinner 2010 Friends of the Trades House Mariners & Skippers Society will be gathering on the SV Glenlee on 20th April 2010 for dinner and chat Beneficiaries' Tea Party 2010 This year's Beneficiaries Tea Party will be held in the Trades Hall in May. Exact date to be confirmed. School Craft Award Ceremony 2010 This year's Award Ceremony will be held on Monday 7th June at the Trades Hall. Citizenship Award Ceremony 2010 This year's Citizenship Award Ceremony will take place on Monday 7th June at 7 pm in the Grand Hall. Craftex 2010 The exhibition will run from Thursday 10 to Sunday 13 June in the Trades Hall. Trades House Lecture 2010 This year's Trades House Lecture is being hosted by the Glasgow Caledonian University. Date to be confirmed. Association of Deacons Annual General Meeting The AGM of the Association will take place on Wednesday 1st September 2010 at 6pm in the Trades Hall. Deacons' Choosing Day Deacons' Choosing Day Friday 17th September 2010. Timetable attached. Deacon Convener's Dinner The Annual Dinner of the Trades House will be held on Wednesday 13 October 2010. Money raised at the Glasgow Ball to be held on Saturday 8 May 2010 will be used towards their ongoing work at Robin House in Balloch. ![]() Social Work Helping the needy by visiting, providing assistance directly and arranging social events for beneficiaries throughout the year. ![]() Craft Skills Arranging a competition for the 29 Schools and 10 Further Education Colleges with the best craftwork displayed in the Trades Hall during the four day CRAFTEX exhibition. |
