Trades House Annual Lecture - Tuesday 15th June 2021

The Trades House of Glasgow Annual Lecture took place on Tuesday 15th June in conjunction for the first time with the City of Glasgow College. The Lecture was given by multi award winning (and Master Chef winner) Chef Gary Maclean
Gary spoke about how he started his career, his discovery of teaching and competition, how he passes his ethos of hard work and ambition onto the future of the industry, his love of Glasgow, the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic and how he risked it all for a TV show
