Education Fund

The Trades House of Glasgow Education Fund, is available to students who are living and studying in the City of Glasgow and the surrounding areas who lack the necessary funds to complete their studies

 

Who is eligible?

UK residents, people with the right to remain in the UK and Asylum seekers with Home Office approval.

YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF YOUR RIGHT TO REMAIN AS PART OF YOUR APPLICATION

 

How to apply?

For assistance from the Education Fund, download the application form via the link below, complete and return by email or post.

Please note that the Education Fund is unable to help with the following:

Payment of school fees incurred by parental choice of school (e.g. private education)

Contribution towards postgraduate courses unless a college undergraduate undertakes a higher university degree course

Course Costs or living expenses

Once your application has been received it will be submitted to the Education Fund Committee who will reach a decision about granting funds or declining the request.

• If successful, applicants may not apply again for a minimum of 12 months

Please note that the maximum award payable for successful applications is £500.00
